Where do you ship to?
Physical Items ship to USA only. Digital Items ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Physical items that are premade ship out within 3 business days and depend on method of shipping. Custom physical items will take 2-4 weeks to make and then will ship out according to shipping method. Premade Digital Custom Items are immediate delivery. Custom Digital Items will say on the listing.
How do I track my order?
Shopify will share those details with you.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Digital Items are not returnable. Custom items are not returnable. Physical items are only returnable if grossly misrepresented or not as described. Please ask all questions before checking out and check return policy in FAQs below.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns will be processed once item is received. The item must be in same condition as it was sold and then you will receive a refund less shipping.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Due to the nature of this business we do not often have same items in stock, but if we do we will gladly exchange if item is grossly misrepresented.
